Background: is a member of the tilapia family that is considered one of the main food sources in different countries all over the world.
Aim: Thus, studying the different pathogens infecting tilapia species is still one of the interesting search points.
Methods: One hundred and eighty specimens of were collected from Lake Manzala and transported directly in iceboxes to the laboratory of the faculty of Science at Port Said University.

Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disorder with a variable clinical course and complications. The relationship between sarcoidosis and malignancies remains unclear, including specific malignancy associations with sarcoidosis and whether the association is short-term, long-term, or a result of misdiagnoses or coincidence. This study investigated the association between sarcoidosis and malignancy by analyzing the varying intervals between the diagnoses of these two conditions to clarify their inter-relationship.

Tuberculosis (TB) manifests in various forms, including extrapulmonary tuberculosis (EPTB), which poses diagnostic dilemmas due to its wide-ranging clinical presentations. When TB affects the bones of the hands and feet, it can present a diagnostic labyrinth for clinicians. In such cases, the differential diagnosis may include Jungling's bone disease, adding complexity to the diagnostic process.

Granuloma annulare (GA) is a rare inflammatory granulomatous disorder and its subcutaneous forms are even more uncommon. Only a few familial cases of this condition have been reported in the literature. We report a case of familial subcutaneous GA in two siblings during childhood.
