Unlabelled: was to evaluate the effectiveness of the accelerated recovery program for patients with polysegmental degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine.
Materials And Methods: This prospective study included 53 patients who underwent two-level transforaminal interbody fusion in the L-S segments. Two groups were identified: in group 1 (n=24), operations were performed using the accelerated recovery program; in group 2 (n=29), open rigid stabilization was used under traditional intravenous anesthesia.

Introduction: Cerebral small vessel disease (SVD) is a common accompaniment to aging. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of SVD include lacunar infarcts (LI) and white matter hyperintensity (WMH). Brain iron deposition is also a known marker of SVD that is associated with cognitive impairment and can be detected with susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) MRI technique.

Background: Fatigue is a common and potentially distressing symptom for people with rheumatoid arthritis with no accepted evidence based management guidelines. Non-pharmacological interventions, such as physical activity and psychosocial interventions, have been shown to help people with a range of other long-term conditions to manage subjective fatigue.
Objectives: To evaluate the benefit and harm of non-pharmacological interventions for the management of fatigue in people with rheumatoid arthritis.
