We present two innovative approaches to investigate the dynamics of membrane fusion and the strength of protein-membrane interactions. The first approach employs pore-spanning membranes (PSMs), which allow for the observation of protein-assisted fusion processes. Introduction: Expert management of Complex Obstructive Airway Diseases (COAD) requires knowledge, resources and skills that are commonly shared in the management of the different conditions usually included in the acronym, namely asthma, bronchiectasis and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). We discuss the basis to shift the paradigm of single-disease management into a holistic approach and describe its potential benefits.

This paper evaluates the impact of government efforts on the promotion of green lifestyles in realizing carbon emission reduction, a critical issue for achieving sustainable development. From the perspective of government policy, it examines the theoretical mechanisms through which government's attention to carbon reduction influences and catalyzes shifts in residents' adoption of green lifestyles. Employing an individual fixed-effects model, it conducts an empirical analysis to evaluate the influence of government's carbon reduction attention on the transformation of residents' environmental behaviors.
