Purpose: To assess physiological metrics during the use of a commercially available bilateral active ankle exoskeleton during a challenging military-relevant task and if use of the exoskeleton during this task influences: metabolic load, physiological measures or rate of perceived exertion.

Aim: This study aims to identify the types of integrated care management strategies that exist for people with stroke, to determine whether stroke management pathways impact patient outcomes, and to identify elements of integrated stroke care that were effective at improving outcomes.

Importance: A recent advisory from the American Heart Association delineated the potential benefits of developmental care for hospitalized children with congenital heart disease (CHD) and a critical gap in research evaluating the association of such inpatient programs with neurodevelopmental outcomes.

Objective: To investigate associations between the Cardiac Inpatient Neurodevelopmental Care Optimization (CINCO) program interventions, delirium, and neurodevelopment in young children (newborn through age 2 years) hospitalized with CHD.

A key molecular dysfunction in heart failure is the reduced activity of the cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA2a) in cardiac muscle cells. Reactivating SERCA2a improves cardiac function in heart failure models, making it a validated target and an attractive therapeutic approach for heart failure therapy. However, finding small-molecule SERCA2a activators is challenging.
