Feature selection (FS) is a critical step in hyperspectral image (HSI) classification, essential for reducing data dimensionality while preserving classification accuracy. However, FS for HSIs remains an NP-hard challenge, as existing swarm intelligence and evolutionary algorithms (SIEAs) often suffer from limited exploration capabilities or susceptibility to local optima, particularly in high-dimensional scenarios. To address these challenges, we propose GWOGA, a novel hybrid algorithm that combines Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) and Genetic Algorithm (GA), aiming to achieve an effective balance between exploration and exploitation.

Several unique mutations of ADAMTSL4 leading to congenital ectopia lentis (CEL) have been previously reported by our team. The purpose of this study is to find out the possible mechanism of a recurrent novel intronic variant in ADAMTSL4 led to CEL. Twelve novel ADAMTSL4 mutations with a unique form congenital ectopic lentis were detected previously by panel-based NGS.

CABS associated with clubfoot, historically required extensive soft-tissue release due to its propensity for relapse.
Case Report: A 2-day-old Caucasian male infant born at 27 weeks gestation through emergency cesarean section due to concern for placental abruption and premature rupture of membranes in the setting of a prenatal history significant for oligohydramnios.

Unlabelled: Premature loss of primary teeth in children may lead to space loss in the arch, which leads to the collapse of vertical and horizontal occlusal relationships in primary and permanent dentitions. The ideal method to preserve the space in the arch in such a scenario is to use a space maintainer appliance. Conventionally, band and loop space maintainers are the most commonly used space maintainers.

Background: Restriction of PBF in infants born with CHD is often required to avoid pulmonary over-circulation prior to definitive intervention. The current standard is to surgically place pulmonary artery bands, but these have limitations and are associated with complications.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to a single-center experience with a relatively novel technique to percutaneously restrict pulmonary blood flow (PBF) in select infants with congenital heart disease (CHD).
