The paper deals with our experience with computed tomography in thoracal sarcoidosis. This method allows a good judgement of lymph nodes in mediastinum and statements, which stand out from conventional roentgenologic diagnostic. In recording of enlarged hilar lymph nodes these methods are equal. As a rule X-ray films and conventional tomography are for planning of therapy so much evident, that in our opinion it is not necessary to use computed tomography in routine diagnostic of sarcoidosis.
