This study investigated fluoride-induced reprotoxicity using advanced genomic profiling. RNA-seq analysis identified significant activation of autophagy, apoptosis, and IL-17 signaling pathways in fluoride-exposed female mice.

Antihistamines including astemizole (AST) have been reported to present cardiovascular toxicity; however, it remains unclear how 5-FU-mediated cardiotoxicity is affected by AST during the treatment of colon cancer. Background: Hand-sewn Kono-S anastomosis is safe and associated with a reduction in post-operative recurrence (POR) in Crohn's disease (CD). The study aims to investigate the advantages of stapled Kono-S in Crohn's patients with intestinal anastomosis.
