Background: Although frontotemporal dementia (FTD) with right anterior temporal lobe (RATL) predominance has been recognized as a separate FTD subtype, a uniform description of the syndrome is still missing. This multicenter study, led by an international working group (IWG), aims to establish a cohesive clinical phenotype and lay the groundwork for consensus on terminology and diagnostic standards.
Method: Retrospective clinical data were systematically collected across 18 dementia centers.

Background: The defining characteristic of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a reversible, predominantly vasogenic edema of the white matter, particularly affecting the parenchyma supplied by the posterior circulation. Understanding human endometrial dynamics in the establishment of endometrial receptivity remains a challenge, which limits early diagnosis and treatment of endometrial-factor infertility. Here, we decode the endometrial dynamics of fertile women across the window of implantation and characterize the endometrial deficiency in women with recurrent implantation failure. A computational model capable of both temporal prediction and pattern discovery is used to analyze single-cell transcriptomic data from over 220,000 endometrial cells.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is characterized by synovial hyperplasia and cartilage/bone destruction. RA affects the synovial joints, the synovial lining and the permeability of the synovium. As the latter is of central relevance for the distribution of systemically delivered therapeutics into synovial fluid (SF), we here assessed the protein composition of paired plasma and SF of patients diagnosed with RA at three distinct levels of depth using mass spectrometric approaches: the "total" proteome, the "total" IgG1 antibody repertoire and the RA-specific ACPA IgG1 autoantibody repertoire.
