Objective: The current clinical data regarding the re-administration of PARPi maintenance therapy in platinum sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer (PSROC) is limited. This study aims to investigate the efficacy and associated factors of PARPi re-maintenance therapy in PSROC patients in China.
Methods: In this study, there were 201 patients with PSROC who had received maintenance therapy previously and achieved complete or partial response after platinum-based chemotherapy upon recurrence.

There is no clear guidance for management and follow-up of these patients which can lead to missing the long-term sequelae of the primary injury. The interference of the expression of each of the genes involved in the synthesis of coenzyme Q (CoQ) in Drosophila melanogaster can help to understand the pathophysiology of CoQ-dependent mitochondrial diseases in humans. We have knocked-down all genes involved in the CoQ biosynthesis pathway at different temperatures to induce depletion of CoQ at different levels throughout the body and in a tissue-specific manner. The efficiency of the knockdowns was quantified by Q-RTPCR and determination of CoQ levels by HPLC-UV+ECD.

Background: The reported benefit of poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitor (PARPi) maintenance in patients with newly diagnosed and platinum (Pt)-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer (OC) included in randomized clinical trials needs to be corroborated in a less selected population.
Objective: The aim is to increase the evidence on niraparib in a real-world setting.
Methods: This is a retrospective observational study including women with platinum-sensitive relapsed high-grade serous OC who started niraparib maintenance between August 2019 (marketing data, Spain) and May 2022.

Unlabelled: MFE01 is an environmental bacterium characterized by an hyperactive type 6 secretion system (T6SS) and a strong emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). In a previous study, a transposition mutant, 3H5, exhibited an inactive T6SS and altered VOC emission. In 3H5, the interruption of gene by the transposon was insufficient to explain these phenotypes.
