This case report describes a 66-year-old male diagnosed with a giant retroperitoneal lymphangioma, presenting with an abdominal mass confirmed via magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Laparoscopic surgery was successfully performed to excise the mass, with histopathological examination confirming the diagnosis. The patient's postoperative recovery was uneventful, with no signs of recurrence or metastasis observed at the three-month follow-up.

Retroperitoneal liposarcoma is a rare malignancy that arises from adipocytes and can expand significantly before manifesting clinical symptoms. Instances of giant retroperitoneal liposarcoma, defined as tumors larger than 30 cm, are extremely rare, with fewer than 20 reported cases. This case report presents a 68-year-old patient with a significant abdominal mass, ultimately identified and treated as a well-differentiated retroperitoneal liposarcoma.

Background: Systemic amyloidosis is a kind of clinical syndrome in which amyloid is deposited between the cells of various organs in the body, resulting in gradual failure of the function of the affected organs. Depending on the site of amyloid deposition, it may show various clinical symptoms of multiple system involvement.
Patient Concerns: A 44-years-old female with spontaneous giant retroperitoneal hematoma was admitted to the emergency department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital in Mar 2023.

Unlabelled: Renal angiomyolipoma is an uncommon benign tumor that mostly affects adults and is highly associated with tuberous sclerosis. It's very uncommon for it to affect adolescents. In this case, a 17-year-old male with abdominal pain and distension was diagnosed with sporadic giant renal angiomyolipoma.
