Mucous membrane pemphigoid (MMP) is a multisystemic rare autoimmune disease affecting the skin and mucous membranes. Ocular involvement is characterized by chronic conjunctival inflammation causing scar formation, leading to corneal opacification and vision loss. Conjunctival biopsies are currently used to confirm diagnosis, and the associated immunosuppression treatments prescribed can have serious consequences on patients.

Graham-Little-Piccardi-Lasseur syndrome (GLPLS) is a rare lichenoid dermatosis classified as a variant of follicular lichen planus, also known as classic lichen planopilaris. The condition is characterized by the triad of cicatricial scalp alopecia, noncicatricial alopecia in the axillary and groin regions, and numerous follicular papules distributed across the body. We present a 64-year-old female with clinically and histologically confirmed GLPLS.

The treatment of lesions of the superficial radial nerve remains a challenge for surgeons and patients. For patients, such lesions are associated with a high level of suffering due to electrifying pain at the level of the injury as well as sensory dysfunction. Our data collected over a treatment period of 6 years are intended to give an overview of surgical methods, temporal progression and the corresponding outcomes.
