Glioblastomas (GBMs) are the most common and aggressive brain tumors, with a poor prognosis. Effective preclinical models are crucial to investigate GBM biology and develop novel treatments. Syngeneic models, which consist in injecting murine GBM cells into mice with a similar genetic background, offer reproducibility, cost-effectiveness, and an intact immune system, making them ideal for immunotherapy research.

Purpose: To use swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography (SS-OCTA) to investigate the alterations in retinal vascular density (VD) in patients presenting with congenital unilateral trochlear nerve palsy.
Methods: The medical records of patients diagnosed with congenital unilateral trochlear nerve palsy and those of a healthy control group were reviewed retrospectively. Comprehensive ocular examinations and SS-OCTA imaging were conducted.

Domoic acid (DA), a well-known marine neurotoxin, is produced by toxic Pseudo-nitzschia species. However, the knowledge of DA in Chinese coastal waters remains limited, and the primary biological sources in these waters are still unknown. In this study, 200 surface phytoplankton samples were collected during summer and spring, covering the entire Chinese coastline.
