(1) Background: Global climate change is intensifying, and the vigorous development and utilization of saline-alkali land is of great significance. As an important economic aquatic species in the context of saline-alkali aquaculture, it is highly significant to explore the regulatory mechanisms of under alkaline conditions. In particular, the brain (cerebral ganglion for crustaceans) serves as a vital regulatory organ in response to environmental stress; (2) Methods: In this study, a comparative transcriptome approach was employed to investigate the key regulatory genes and molecular regulatory mechanisms in the cerebral ganglion of under alkaline stress.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Tài Zǐ Shēn, TZS) is a traditional Chinese medicine with spleen and qi benefits. Its immunomodulatory, anti-fatigue, anti-stress, and lipid metabolism regulation effects have been clinically confirmed, but its role in meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) is still unclear.
Aim Of The Study: This study aims to investigate the effect and mechanism of action of TZS in treating MGD.

Aim: Chronic stress elevates blood pressure, whereas regular exercise exerts antistress and antihypertensive effects. However, the mechanisms of stress-induced hypertension and preventive effects through exercise remain unknown. Thus, we investigated the molecular basis involved in autonomic blood pressure regulation within the amygdala.

Live fish transportation plays a crucial role in the commercial fish trade. Consequently, mitigating stress during transportation is essential for enhancing the survival rate of fish and reducing potential financial losses. In this study, the effectiveness was evaluated of exogenous tryptophan in reducing transport stress in hybrid grouper, ♀ × ♂.

Background: Rosavin (RSV) is a naturally occurring compound isolated from Rhodiola species. While RSV has been reported with pharmacological activities of anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, anti-stress and immunomodulation, its effect on colitis and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.
Purpose: This study aims to investigate whether and how RSV alleviated colitis in mice.
