Two cases of double-chambered right ventricle without ventricular septal defect are presented. Both were diagnosed with the hemodynamic study and underwent successful surgical repair. We discuss the probable embryologic development and the diagnostic procedures of this malformation.

A biosurfactant producing Gram positive bacterium isolated from anodic biofilm of textile wastewater fed MFC was identified as Bacillus sp. MFC (Accession number: MT322244). Scanning Electron Microscopy of the bacterium showed appendages, the bacterium forms biofilm on Congo red agar medium.
