Specific features of diagnosis and treatment of fractures of the cotyloid cavity were analyzed in 105 patients with associated and multiple traumas. Measures for the reestablishment of congruency of the articulation may be used when permitted by the general state of the patient determined first of all by the severity of the trauma.
