Background: To assess the effectiveness of a structured algorithm for pediatric positive airway pressure (PAP) initiation for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
Methods: An algorithm was created to support pediatric PAP use and identify patients who could benefit from early behavioral consultation and education. Sleep providers implemented a unified introduction to PAP therapy with the PAP therapy toolkit.

Background: Whether individualized positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) improves intraoperative oxygenation and reduces postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs) remains unclear. This systematic review and meta-analysis examined whether individualized PEEP is associated with improved intraoperative oxygenation and reduce PPCs for patients needing pneumoperitoneum with the Trendelenburg position during surgery.
Methods: Medline, Embase, the Cochrane Library, and www.

Objective: To explore the effect of a health (E)-coach chronic disease management model on the rehabilitation behaviour management of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO).
Methods: The E-coach chronic disease management model was constructed based on a literature review and expert interviews. The effect of the E-coach model on patients with ASO during hospitalisation was analysed by comparing the compliance rates of blood glucose control, blood pressure control, drug compliance, ankle-brachial index, 6-min walking test (6MWT) and pain-free walking distance (PFWD) scores between the E-coach and control groups.
