Importance: Adult laryngeal hemangiomas are rare and may cause symptoms such as dysphonia, dysphagia, and dyspnea. Carbon dioxide (CO2) lasers offer an alternative approach to managing this rare condition.
Objective: The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of CO2 lasers in treating adult hemangioma and to identify potential side effects associated with this treatment modality.

Subglottic cysts and hemangiomas are rare but potentially life-threatening conditions in pediatric patients. Subglottic cysts are generally associated with premature infants with a history of prolonged endotracheal intubation, while subglottic hemangiomas are congenital vascular lesions that grow rapidly and are uncommon head and neck tumours in pediatric patients. Both conditions can present with generalised respiratory symptoms such as stridor.

Cavernous hemangiomas of the external auditory canal simultaneously affecting the tympanic membrane are extremely rare. Endoscopic otosurgery has been successfully used for resecting various ear lesions because of its wider surgical field of view and minimal trauma. We report the case of a 50-year-old male patient who presented with a 6-month history of left ear congestion.

Nasal and paranasal sinus masses can arise from a wide range of conditions, both benign and malignant, as well as congenital or acquired. Diagnosing these masses is often challenging, requiring a combination of nasal endoscopy, imaging studies, and histopathological analysis. Initial imaging frequently involves computed tomography or cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) to evaluate the bony anatomy of the nasal cavity and surrounding sinuses, while magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is typically used for detailed assessment of soft tissues and to aid in differential diagnosis when the findings are inconclusive.
