To present evidence of gender disparities in medicine, analyze their root causes, and propose strategies for fostering a more equitable and inclusive environment. Despite progress, women physicians continue to face significant disparities, including lower salaries, underrepresentation in leadership roles, and discrimination.

Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: During the period from 2019 to 2023 at the department's clinic, 68 patients with chronic wounds of the lower extremities were examined and treated. These are mainly women (n=63) aged from 35 to 80 years.

This case report presents a personalized ultrasonic osteotome that enables precise preparation, minimizes bone trauma, enhances the initial stability of the transplanted tooth, and contributes to a favorable prognosis. The procedure is as follows: a 25-year-old female patient presented with a porcelain-fused-to-metal crown on Tooth #19, which had detached due to severe decay, rendering the tooth unsalvageable.
