Design: A national cohort study.
Methods: This study included 6924 older adults from the China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey 2016 and 2018 waves, examining the changes in service utilisation among four groups: continuous users, former users, new users and nonusers.

Introduction: Time banking, known as "Community/Neighborhood Pension," instantiates a form of co-creation that can provide a new solution to fulfil the unmet social service needs of community members with idle resources, which is a feasible solution to alleviate pension pressure. The sustainable operation of time banks relies on the co-creation and active participation of community members. Therefore, in this study, we investigate the motivation of members to participate in web-based time banks from a service requirement narrative perspective.

I study the association between task content of jobs and mothers' employment transitions after the first birth in Germany. I construct measures of task content of jobs using data from the Employment Survey conducted by the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BiBB). These indicators illustrate the career cost of children and how it is impacted by the technology- and globalization-driven labour market change.

Approximately 7,000 ambulatory (outpatient) heart groups (AHG) with 125,000 patients who are physically active on a regular basis have been established in Germany since the mid-1960s. Following phase II cardiac rehabilitation (CR), patients in an AHG aim to meet their set CR goals in groups of up to 20 participants under the instruction of a competent exercise therapist, and with regular attendance by a physician. Physical activity is the dominant aspect; psychosocial and educative elements are integrated to stabilize secondary cardiovascular prevention.
