Background: Plaque psoriasis affects ~ 1% of the pediatric population, negatively impacting quality of life. The efficacy and safety of secukinumab in pediatric patients with moderate to severe or severe chronic plaque psoriasis have been established in two pivotal phase 3 trials (open-label, NCT03668613; double-blind, NCT02471144).
Objectives: The aims were to report the pooled safety of secukinumab up to 52 weeks from two studies in subgroups of pediatric patients stratified by age and bodyweight, and to present, alongside the pediatric data, the pooled safety data from four pivotal adult secukinumab trials.

Background: Most dermatovenereological diseases are not life-threatening but nevertheless are highly prevalent disorders. Psychosocial aspects of skin diseases and physical symptoms strongly influence patient's quality of life (QoL) which results in the development of different coping mechanisms in patient's behaviour. Development of psychiatric comorbidity in patients with skin diseases is well known.

Introduction: The Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) is recognized as an excellent tool for assessing female sexuality and screening female sexual dysfunction, but it also has important venereological implications as sexually transmitted diseases result from human behaviour in the sexual sphere. It is influenced by socio-economic, psychological and cultural factors.
Aim: To present the results of an attempt to implement FSFI in gynaecological practice.

Genital herpes is one of the most commonly diagnosed sexually transmitted diseases and the most common factor in the formation of ulcers and erosions within the mucous membranes. It is characterized by a wide range of clinical symptoms from serous-filled blisters located on the erythematous and oedematous substrate to asymptomatic infection. Due to anatomical differences in the genital tract, there is a more than a 4-fold increase in the risk of a woman being infected by a partner than a man by a woman.
