Purpose: To report a case of bilateral anterior uveitis, pigmentary retinopathy, and pars plana exudates in a patient with Celiac disease with complete resolution of inflammation following gluten-free diet.
Methods: Retrospective case report.
Results: A 19-year-old Asian Indian girl presented with bilateral non-granulomatous anterior uveitis for the past 2 months.

In cats, mycobacteriosis tends to present in a syndromic manner, with cases either being due to tuberculosis (TB) (in countries where TB is endemic), one of the "leprosy-like" diseases affecting the skin and subcutis, panniculitis caused by infection of subcutaneous tissues generally with rapidly growing Mycobacteria spp. or widely disseminated granulomatous disease, which is usually caused by members of the Mycobacterium avium-intracellulare complex (MAC). Disseminated MAC disease is rare, but when it occurs, usually develops in immunocompromised hosts with defective cell-mediated immunity.

Purpose: The systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) comprehensively reflects the balance between immune status and host inflammation. We aimed to investigate the potential predictive value of the SII in the prognosis of granulomatous mastitis (GM).
Patients And Methods: We enrolled 245 patients with GM who underwent surgery between 2015 and 2020 in this study.

Background: Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM) is a chronic breast condition known for its aggressive nature and tendency for persistence and recurrence. Steroids are commonly used as the first-line treatment for IGM, but issues such as the optimal timing, and duration of treatment remain debated.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 343 IGM cases treated at the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu from September 2012 to September 2023.
