In order to monitor the effect of nerve block in postoperative analgesia more accurately, this paper puts forward the application research of ultrasonic real-time intelligent monitoring of nerve block in postoperative analgesia. Ultrasonic real-time intelligent monitoring of nerve block in upper limb surgery, lower limb surgery, and abdominal surgery combined with the nerve stimulator. The experiments show that there are 5 cases of adverse reactions when the nerve stimulator is only used, but no adverse reactions occur when combined with ultrasound-guided block.

Radical mastectomy is commonly performed under general anesthesia, and regional block is often used as assisted or postoperative analgesia. We herein report a case of successful radical mastectomy with severe aortic stenosis (SAS) by using ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia under sedation. A 66-year-old female with an American Society of Anesthesiology physical status IV; limited functional capacity with <4 metabolic equivalents; a lump (10 cm × 8 cm) in the right breast with skin breakage and infection; and a history of hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, and SAS, underwent lump-resection and rapid pathological examination by biopsy.

In this manuscript, we detail an infero-lateral subclavicular lipoma which was discovered as a result of the utilization of both those labs and expert faculty. This lipoma may have caused brachial plexopathy or may serve as an unusual cause of neurologic thoracic outlet syndrome (NTOS) due to the location of the mass.
