Aim: This article examines India's present radiotherapy (RT) machine status and requirements, geographical distribution, and infrastructure need in six regional areas, which include 31 member states and union territories (UTs). It also considers the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on India's teletherapy sector.
Materials And Methods: Data from reliable resources, including Atomic Energy Regulatory Board, Global Cancer Observatory, and Directory of Radiotherapy Centres databases, were used to analyze the current status of RT machine (RTM) density, regional disparity, and COVID-19 impact on infrastructure growth-rate.

Background: Gamma-H2AX immunofluorescence assay has gained popularity as a DNA double strand break marker. In this work, we have investigated the potential use of gamma H2AX immunofluorescence assay as a biological dosimeter for estimation of dose in our institution.
Materials And Methods: Seven healthy individuals were selected for the study and the blood samples collected from the first five individuals were irradiated to low doses (0-10 cGy) and high doses (50-500 cGy) in a telecobalt unit.

Aim: This study aims to validate the Razor Nano Chamber (RNC) and Razor Chamber (RC) dosimetric characteristics in a small field. The dosimetric parameters of the two chambers were compared.
Materials And Methods: The chamber characteristics of leakage (pre and post), stability, energy dependency, dose linearity, dose rate effect, stem effect, angular dependency, ion recombination effect, and polarity effect were studied.

Background: Innovations in cancer treatment have contributed to the improved survival rate of cancer patients. The cancer survival rates have been growing and nearly two third of those survivors have been exposed to clinical radiation during their treatment. The study of long-term radiation effects, especially secondary cancer induction, has become increasingly important.

Background: Metaplastic Breast Cancer (MpBC) is an exceedingly rare entity, accounting for less than 1% of all malignant breast tumours. Predominantly triple-negative, they are notorious for their chemoresistance, high rates of recurrence and decreased disease-free survival (DFS). All this contributes significantly to BC mortality and results in poor prognostic implications.
