The authors relate their experience about Chronic Cystic Disease. They emphasize the frequency of relapses and the risks that such a pathology involves. They finally suggest a surgical treatment plan that, in their opinion, should be applied whenever the patient is a peri-menopausal aged woman who has undergone, at least twice, an operation for a Chronic Mastopathy with a histologically proved epiteliosis. The operation suggests is a total glandulectomy with simultaneous breast reconstruction by means of a prosthesis.

Background: Surgical resection (SR) following transarterial chemoembolization (TACE)-based downstaging is a promising treatment for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC), and identification of patients at high-risk of postoperative recurrence may assist individualized treatment.
Purpose: To develop and externally validate preoperative and postoperative prognostic models integrating multimodal CT and digital subtraction angiography features as well as clinico-therapeutic-pathological features for predicting disease-free survival (DFS) after TACE-based downstaging therapy.
Materials And Methods: From March 2008 to August 2022, 488 consecutive patients with Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) A/B uHCC receiving TACE-based downstaging therapy and subsequent SR were included from four tertiary-care hospitals.

Background: Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) are life-threatening dermatological emergencies. SCORTEN (SCORe of toxic epidermal necrolysis) is a validated score to predict mortality; however, there is a paucity of data to determine its usefulness in the Indian population.
Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of SCORTEN as a prognostic marker in SJS-TEN.

Purpose: This study evaluated the health-related quality of life (HRQoL) among breast cancer patients during various phases of treatment and with different treatment modalities, which helps in monitoring treatment outcomes, assessing the well-being of patients, and conducting health technology assessments.
Methods: A total of 534 interviews were conducted among the patients of breast cancer recruited at different stages of disease and with different treatment modalities. HRQoL was determined using EuroQoL five dimensions questionnaire with five levels (EQ-5D-5L), EuroQoL Visual Analogue Scale (EQ VAS), and the EORTC QLQ-BR23 instrument.
