[Antibody-dependent cytotoxicity capacity of healthy women and men in old age].

The authors studied the ADCC capacity in 42 healthy aged persons. The Bakács-Garam Test were used. The allogen and the xenogen systems were investigated, with the mentioned methods. The authors concluded that the above mentioned tests gave good results in the xenogen system, too. Using the Bakács-Garam Test the results were the same in both systems, therefore they are comparable. According to these results, authors concluded, that there is no substantial difference between ADCC capacity of healthy aged men and women.
