Construction workers are often subjected to strenuous manual labor, poor working conditions, and prolonged separation from family, leading to psychological symptoms such as stress, depression, and anxiety. These psychological factors, combined with safety climate elements like risk perception and safety attitude, significantly influence workers' safety behaviors, including risk-taking, safety compliance, and safety participation. To address these issues, this study investigates the interplay between psychological symptoms, safety climate, and safety behaviors among construction workers in Mainland China.

The magnetic fields of the MR environment present unique safety challenges. Medical implants and retained foreign bodies can prevent patients from undergoing MR imaging due to interactions between the magnetic fields of the MR environment and the implant or foreign body. These hazards can be addressed through careful MR safety screening and MR examination customization, often allowing these patients with implants to undergo management-altering MR imaging.

The clinical presentation and epidemiology of infective endocarditis (IE) have evolved over time. While the cornerstones of IE treatment remain antimicrobial therapy and surgery, percutaneous mechanical aspiration (PMA) has emerged as an option for carefully selected patients as a complementary modality, based on retrospective data, case series, and expert experience. In this comprehensive review, we summarize the proceedings from an inaugural summit dedicated to the discussion of PMA in the global management of IE, consisting of experts across multiple disciplines from diverse geographic regions and care environments.
