Background: Early diagnosis of chronic kidney disease (CKD) is crucial for timely intervention to delay disease progression and improve patient outcomes. However, data for clinical characteristics of Chinese patients with undiagnosed, early-stage CKD are lacking.
Methods: REVEAL-CKD is a multinational, observational study using real-world data in selected countries to describe factors associated with undiagnosed stage 3 CKD, time to diagnosis, and CKD management post diagnosis.

Introduction: () is becoming more resistant to antibiotics, and the implementation of individualized therapy is highly valuable for its eradication. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of individualized treatment guided by antibiotic susceptibility testing (AST) with a 10-day or 14-day course for the eradication of .
Methods: This was a prospective, open-label, single-center, quasi-randomized trial in which 220 participants were randomized into groups based on AST results as AST-10-day ( = 98) and AST-14-day ( = 112) treatment groups.

Purpose: The α-FAtE score, composed of alpha-fetoprotein, alkaline phosphatase, and eosinophil levels, has been reported as a predictor of prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients treated with atezolizumab plus bevacizumab. This study aimed to investigate the predictive ability of α-FAtE score for the efficacy and safety of locoregional immunotherapy as the treatment of HCC patients.
Methods And Patients: We conducted a retrospective study of 446 HCC patients at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from January 1 2019 to January 1 2023.

The sine oculis homeobox homolog (SIX) family, a group of transcription factors characterized by a conserved DNA-binding homology domain, plays a critical role in orchestrating embryonic development and organogenesis across various organisms, including humans. Comprising six distinct members, from to , each member contributes uniquely to the development and differentiation of diverse tissues and organs, underscoring the versatility of the SIX family. Dysregulation or mutations in genes have been implicated in a spectrum of developmental disorders, as well as in tumor initiation and progression, highlighting their pivotal role in maintaining normal developmental trajectories and cellular functions.
