Objective: Sciatic nerve injury in the deep gluteal space is a major clinical problem due to microsurgical manipulations in this region are limited in scope. We offer new endoscopic approach to the sciatic nerve in the deep gluteal space which allows to perform microsurgical manipulations, neurophysiological mapping and electrode installation for the chronic nerve stimulation.
Material And Method: 3 patients with sciatic neuropathy have been operated.

Objective: Observe whether a microsurgical gross total removal (GTR) of a spinal nerve sheath tumors (SNSTs) is safe and decreases the tumor recurrence.
Method: We identify 30 patients with 44 SNSTs.
Results: We operated upon 15 males and 15 females patients; mean age 40 years.

Mechanical properties of the spinal cord tissue--biological basis for the development of the modality of the DREZ surgery lesioning technique Succesful treatment of the chronic neurogenic pain of spinal cord and cauda equina injury origin remains a significant management problem. The mechanism of this pain phenomenon has been shown to be related to neurochemical changes that lead to the state of hypereactivity of the second order dorsal horn neurons. The DREZ surgery (Dorsal Root Entry Zone lesion), designed to destroy anatomy structures involved in pain generating thus interrupting the neurogenic pain mechanism, as a causative procedure in treating this chronic pain, has been performed by using different technical modalities: Radiofrequency (RF) coagulation technic, Laser, Ultrasound and Microsurgical DREZotomy technic.

One hundred four cases of middle and low rectal villous and tubulovillous adenomas have been operated on with transanal polypectomy (8), transanal endoscopic microsurgery--TEM (80), anterior rectum resection with double stapled straight sigmoideorectosomy (7), and deep rectum resection, bi-directional mucosectomy and hand sutured straight sigmoideoanostomy (9). The option of the authors to remove the tumours in 5 cm to the dentate line are the transanal polypectomy or transanal mucosectomy corresponding to their size. The transanal endoscopic microsurgical technic is recommended to manage the polyps smaller than 4 to 5 cm in the middle rectum.

Effects of various doses of water soluble acelysine, an acetylsalicylic acid preparations (DL-lysine acetylsalicylate and glycine) have been evaluated during surgery and the immediate postoperative period. Clinical and laboratory changes in blood coagulation were determined at different doses (1000, 500, and 250 mg).
