Background: Computed tomography (CT) is the gold standard imaging modality for the assessment of 3D bony morphology but incurs the cost of ionizing radiation exposure. High-resolution 3D magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with CT-like bone contrast (CLBC) may provide an alternative to CT in allowing complete evaluation of both bony and soft tissue structures with a single MRI examination.
Purpose: To review the technical aspects of an optimized stack-of-stars 3D gradient recalled echo pulse sequence method (3D-Bone) in generating 3D MR images with CLBC, and to present a pictorial review of the utility of 3D-Bone in the clinical assessment of common musculoskeletal conditions.

Aim Of The Study: Hepatocellular adenoma (HCA) and focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) are benign liver tumors. Hepatocellular adenoma has potential for growth, metaplasia and rupture; therefore, it should be monitored long term. In the current guidelines biopsy is not recommended in the standard diagnostic protocol.

Background: Adhesive small bowel obstruction (SBO) accounts for 55-75% of mechanical small bowel obstructions [1,2]. According to guidelines, water-soluble contrast media (CM) is suggested in the diagnostic work-up of adhesive SBO [3], [4], [5]. However, there is currently no consensus on the therapeutic role of water-soluble CM in adhesive SBO [6] or a generally approved protocol as to when CM should be administered, how often should radiographs be taken and how long conservative management can safely be pursued.

Background: Dynamic Coronary Roadmap (DCR) is a new PCI method that may reduce contrast dose and contrast-associated acute kidney injury (CA-AKI) risk. This paper evaluates DCR-guided PCI versus standard angiography PCI for contrast usage, procedure time, and CA-AKI risk.
Methods: On May 1, 2024, we searched PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Cochrane Library, and clinicaltrials.

Advanced materials are crucial for enhancing soldier safety through improved personal body armor. In contrast to conventional Kevlar-epoxy composites, this study examines the ballistic performance of a unique ECO-UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) vest. The aim is to achieve a lightweight design with superior impact resistance, addressing limitations of the current armor used by the Ethiopian Defense Force.
