Background: TCP proteins are plant-specific transcription factors that play essential roles in various developmental processes, including leaf morphogenesis and senescence, flowering, lateral branching, hormone crosstalk, and stress responses. However, a comprehensive analysis of genome-wide TCP genes and their expression patterns in melon is yet to be done.
Objective: The present study aims to identify and analyze the TCP genes in the melon genome and understand their putative functions.

Hormone receptor-positive (HR+)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) breast cancer is the most common type of breast cancer, with continuous recurrence remaining an important clinical issue. Current relapse predictive models in HR+/HER2- breast cancer patients still have limitations. The integration of multidimensional data represents a promising alternative for predicting relapse.

Background: Knowledge of the complex interplay between gut microbiota and human health is gradually increasing as it has just recently been a field of such great interest.
Summary: Recent studies have reported that communities of microorganisms inhabiting the gut influence the immune system through cellular responses and shape many physiological and pathophysiological aspects of the body, including muscle and bone metabolism (formation and resorption). Specifically, the gut microbiota affects skeletal homeostasis through changes in host metabolism, the immune system, hormone secretion, and the gut-brain axis.

The toxicity of tris (2-butoxyethyl) phosphate (TBOEP) has been extensively investigated because of its prevalence in the environment. Nevertheless, the risk factors associated with maternal transmission are poorly understood. In this study, sexually mature female zebrafish were treated with TBOEP (0, 20, 100, and 500 μg/L) for 30 days and were mated with unexposed males.

PET/CT targeting fibroblast activation protein α (FAP) in cancer-associated fibroblasts shows promise in theranostics. Here, we report the case of a 31-year-old woman with hormone receptor-positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative breast cancer who presented with rising CA15-3 for further diagnostic workup. Whereas [18F]FDG PET/CT was unremarkable, novel [68Ga]RTX-1363 PET/CT revealed intense tracer accumulation in thoracoabdominal lymph nodes and both ovaries.
