Background: The clinical characteristics, therapy, and outcome of Fournier Gangrene (FG) in patients using sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) were examined in this systematic review.
Methods: Without a publication year restriction, we searched PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Cochrane. Additionally, we manually searched bibliographies using the terms "Fournier's gangrene" and "SGLT2 inhibitors.

Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of excimer laser ablation (ELA) combined with drug-coated balloon(DCB)in the treatment of Chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) patients with de novo and in-stent restenosis (ISR) lesions in the femoropopliteal artery.
Methods: A retrospective, single-center analysis was performed on data collected between January 2017 and December 2021. The study included CLTI patients who underwent treatment with ELA combined with DCB for de novo and ISR lesions in the femoropopliteal artery.

Importance: Chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) is a major public health issue that requires considerable human and physical resources to provide optimal patient care. It is essential to characterize the disease severity and resource needs of patients with CLTI presenting to facilities of varying resource capacities.
Objective: To investigate the association between facility-level Medicaid payer proportions and the incidence of nonelective admissions among patients admitted for CLTI.

Our objective was to compare clinical outcomes in diabetic foot ulcers (DFU) treated with AmnioExcel applied weekly (AMX1) or biweekly (AMX2) over a 12-week evaluation period. This randomized clinical trial evaluated 40 people with UT 1A and 1D DFUs >30 days but less than 6 months duration and age >21 years. We excluded patients with untreated osteomyelitis, gangrene, widespread malignancy, or active substance abuse.
