Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the additional effects of the Knack maneuver and comprehensive lifestyle recommendations to pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) in individuals with post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence (PP-UI).
Methods: Seventy-one individuals with symptom of PP-UI were included. Individuals were randomly assigned to study groups (Group I: PFMT + Knack + Comprehensive Lifestyle Recommendations, Group II: PFMT + Knack, Group III: PFMT alone).

Background: Titanium (Ti) biomaterials are widely used in the surgical management of maxillofacial trauma, in oncology and orthognathic surgery. Although Ti is considered highly biocompatible, adverse reactions at the implant site have been reported in numerous clinical studies. However, the influence of Ti mandibular implants on glutathione metabolism, nitrosative stress and systemic inflammation has not been investigated to date.

The Kelch protein superfamily is an evolutionary conserved family containing 63 alternate protein coding members. The superfamily is split into three subfamilies: Kelch like (KLHL), Kelch-repeat and bric-a-bracs (BTB) domain containing (KBTBD) and Kelch domain containing protein (KLHDC). The KLHDC subfamily is one of the smallest within the Kelch superfamily, containing 10 primary members.

The expanded forehead flap based on the frontal branch of the superficial temporal artery (STA-Fbr) is a versatile technique for reconstructing cervicofacial defects. The aim of this study was to summarize STA-Fbr forehead flap harvesting patterns. Between July 2003 and July 2023, 66 patients (43 males) underwent face and neck defect reconstruction using STA-Fbr-based forehead flaps.

Neonatal adrenal hemorrhage is a rare condition with various risk factors in the pediatric population. Adrenal hemorrhage commonly affects the right side in about 70% of the cases and bilateral in about 10%. It is usually asymptomatic but can cause adrenal insufficiency and sudden death.
