The Authors consider the importance of Thermal Therapy in a large part of gynaecological diseases. They emphasize of its utility mostly in the chronic flogosis of the female genitalia. However other indications emerged from this research, such as female sterility, pelvic vascular disease, climaterie syndrome and post-operatory affects.

Objective: This study aimed to introduce and evaluate a novel software-based system, BioTrace, designed for real-time monitoring of thermal ablation tissue damage during image-guided radiofrequency ablation for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
Methods: BioTrace utilizes a proprietary algorithm to analyze the temporo-spatial behavior of thermal gas bubble activity during ablation, as seen in conventional B-mode ultrasound imaging. Its predictive accuracy was assessed by comparing the ablation zones it predicted with those annotated by radiologists using contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CECT) 24 hours post-treatment, considered the gold standard.

Significance: The precise identification and preservation of functional brain areas during neurosurgery are crucial for optimizing surgical outcomes and minimizing postoperative deficits. Intraoperative imaging plays a vital role in this context, offering insights that guide surgeons in protecting critical cortical regions.
Aim: We aim to evaluate and compare the efficacy of intraoperative thermal imaging (ITI) and intraoperative optical imaging (IOI) in detecting the primary somatosensory cortex, providing a detailed assessment of their potential integration into surgical practice.

Bazhen Decoction (Eight Treasures Decoction) has demonstrated efficacy in the treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC), yet the active ingredients in it and the mechanisms underlying their anti-cancer properties are not well understood. Through network pharmacology, the effective components of Bazhen Decoction against CRC and their corresponding key genes were delineated. Molecular docking was executed to identify the active component targeting the key gene CXCL8, which led to the discovery of Quercetin.

New methodologies have been evaluated for validating analytical characterization with artificial neural networks (ANNs). Compared to previous machine learning models, these provide more accurate and automated results with high testing accuracy. The Schiff base ruthenium complexes used in the proposed study were synthesized using 4-aminoantipyrine derivatives.

MILs (Materials Institute Lavoisier), as nanocarriers based on metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), are one of the most advanced drug delivery vehicles that are now a major part of cancer treatment research. This review article highlights the key features and components of MIL nanocarriers for the development and improvement of these nanocarriers for drug delivery. Surface coatings are one of the key components of MIL nanocarriers, which play the role of stabilizing the nanocarrier, pH-dependent drug release, increasing the half-life of the drug, and targeting the carrier.
