Background: Disease progression within 24 months (POD24) significantly impacts overall survival (OS) in patients with follicular lymphoma (FL). This study aimed to develop a robust predictive model, FLIPI-C, using a machine learning approach to identify FL patients at high risk of POD24.
Methods: A cohort of 1,938 FL patients (FL1-3a) from seventeen centers nationwide in China was randomly divided into training and internal validation sets (2:1 ratio).

Background: Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) β2-microglobulin (β2M) has been demonstrated as an important factor in β-amyloid (Aβ) neurotoxicity and a potential target for Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, more investigation is required to ascertain the relationship between β2M and glial activities in AD pathogenesis.
Methods: In this study, 211 participants from the Alzheimer's disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) with CSF and Plasma β2M, CSF glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (sTREM2), Aβ, phosphorylated-tau (P-tau) and total tau (T-tau) were divided into four groups, stage 0, 1, 2, and suspected non-AD pathology (SNAP) based on the National Institute on Aging- Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA) criteria.

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of uremic toxin removal among four modalities: (I) HDx, (II) pre-dilution HDF (PRE-HDF), (III) mixed-dilution HDF (MIX-HDF), and (IV) post-dilution HDF (POST-HDF), each applied for 1 week in a randomized order. This research was a single-center, prospective, open-label, exploratory crossover study.
