Experiments on formation of circulatory immune complexes followed by activation of the complement components were made on sensitized guinea-pigs after intravenous injection of human gamma-globulin as specific antigen. epsilon-Aminocaproic acid did not affect the formation of circulatory immune complexes but significantly inhibited complement activation.
