Aim: This paper aims to evaluate the factor structure and psychometric properties of the Short Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (SWEMWBS) based on Chinese samples recruited from secondary schools, universities, and workplaces.
Methods: The psychometric properties of the SWEMWBS were evaluated in four cross-sectional studies with a total of 1,729 respondents from Hong Kong and Chinese mainland. Criterion validity was assessed using well-established measures of well-being, affect, and life satisfaction (PANAS, WHO-5, and SWLS).

Purpose: F13640 is a highly selective serotonin 5-HT receptor ligand with agonist properties identified as a PET radiopharmaceutical candidate. In previous work, we showed the possibility to use long dynamic PET acquisition (225 min) combined with simplified kinetic modelling for [F]F13640 quantification. In this work, we assessed the feasibility of static acquisition and quantification using standardized uptake value ratio (SUVR) as an alternative.

Background: Waiting times for elective surgery can be a physically and psychologically distressing experience for patients, affecting their satisfaction and perceptions of service quality. This study aimed to estimate the waiting time for pediatric patients admitted for elective surgery, identify events causing delays, and compare variations in the admission process.
Method: Three cohorts of pediatric patients scheduled for elective surgery were prospectively followed: (A) weekday general surgery admissions, (B) weekday admissions to other surgical specialties, and (C) weekend surgical admissions.
