Background: Although attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is known to be common in psychotic disorders, reported prevalence rates vary widely, with limited understanding of how different factors (eg, assessment methods, geographical region) may be associated with this variation. The aim was to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis to determine the prevalence of ADHD in psychotic disorders and factors associated with the variability in reported rates.

Study Design: Searches were conducted in MEDLINE, Embase, PsycINFO, CINAHL, and Scopus in May 2023.

Clear differences exist between the Global South and the Global North with respect to economic development. The majority of small and medium-sized insect production farms are located in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, which face challenges to food production and organic waste management in general. These regions have a long history of insect use, as well as environmental advantages, making production of insects in general - and the black soldier fly in particular - a promising option for sustainable food production and organic waste management.

This review aims to investigate the issue of treatment nonadherence and to present the available strategies to improve adherence to oral treatments in breast cancer. A literature search was conducted to contextualise the issue of nonadherence, investigate the reasons behind nonadherence, and demonstrate strategies to address treatment nonadherence in breast cancer. Findings indicate that adherence rates decrease while discontinuation rates increase with increasing lengths of breast cancer treatment course.
