Purpose: To compare the efficac and safety of a dual-blade 20,000 cuts per minute (cpm) vitrectomy probe with a single-blade 10,000 cpm probe for primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD).
Study Design: Prospective, randomized controlled clinical trial.
Methods: Evaluations were conducted preoperatively, intraoperatively, and at three months postoperatively.

Purpose: As dual-phase amyloid-PET can evaluate amyloid (A) and neurodegeneration (N) with a single tracer injection, dual-phase tau-PET might be able to provide both tau (T) and N. Our study aims to assess the association of early-phase tau-PET scans and F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET and their comparability in discriminating Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients and differentiating neurodegenerative patterns.
Methods: 58 subjects evaluated at the Geneva Memory Center underwent dual-phase F-Flortaucipir-PET with early-phase acquisition (eTAU) and F-FDG-PET within 1 year.

The resolution of extensive-form zero-sum games is a fundamental challenge in computational game theory, addressed through various algorithms, each with unique strengths and limitations. This paper presents a comprehensive comparison of leading algorithms, using Poker-like games as benchmarks to assess their performance. For each algorithm, optimal parameters were identified, and evaluations were conducted based on exploitability, average utility, iterations per second, convergence speed, and scalability.

This study focused on simulating the adsorption-based separation of Methylene Blue (MB) dye utilising Oryza sativa straw biomass (OSSB). Three distinct modelling approaches were employed: artificial neural networks (ANN), adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference systems (ANFIS), and response surface methodology (RSM). To evaluate the adsorbent's potential, assessments were conducted using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

Objective: Meta-analysis of the clinical efficacy of plate and external fixator fixation in the treatment of AO-C type distal radius fractures.
Methods: PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Medical Library, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and SinoMed databases were searched for all literature on randomized controlled clinical trials of AO-C distal radius fractures. The search time limits were from each database.
