Background And Objective: Sarcoidosis can manifest with atypical findings on chest computed tomography (CT). Cysts are a rare manifestation of lung sarcoidosis. The aim of the study was to describe a series of patients with cystic sarcoidosis and their clinical-radiological characteristics and progression.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop an integrated model that combines clinical-radiologic and radiomics features based on gadoxetic acid-enhanced MRI for preoperative evaluating of vessels encapsulating tumour clusters (VETC) patterns in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
Methods: This retrospective study encompassed 234 patients who underwent surgical resection. Among them, 101 patients exhibited VETC-positive HCC, while 133 patients displayed VETC-negative HCC.

Objectives: To assess the effectiveness of HRCT-based radiomics in predicting rapidly progressive interstitial lung disease (RP-ILD) and mortality in anti-MDA5 positive dermatomyositis-related interstitial lung disease (anti-MDA5 + DM-ILD).
Methods: From August 2014 to March 2022, 160 patients from Institution 1 were retrospectively and consecutively enrolled and were randomly divided into the training dataset (n = 119) and internal validation dataset (n = 41), while 29 patients from Institution 2 were retrospectively and consecutively enrolled as external validation dataset. We generated four Risk-scores based on radiomics features extracted from four areas of HRCT.

Department of Neurology, Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan, USA.
Objective: To describe the radiological features of patients with headache as a presenting symptom of neurosarcoidosis.
Background: Neurologic complications occur in approximately 5%-10% of patients with sarcoidosis, and approximately 50% of these patients have neurologic deficits at the time sarcoidosis is first diagnosed. A wide spectrum of central and peripheral nervous system clinical manifestations may be observed, including cranial nerve palsies, sensory and/or motor deficits, and headache.
