Background: Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare, chronic, often unpredictable, severe multisystemic autoinflammatory skin disease from which patients can experience flares, episodes of widespread eruptions of painful, sterile pustules often accompanied by systemic symptoms. The impact of GPP flares and underlying GPP severity on the healthcare resource utilization (HCRU) is not well characterized.
Objective: To quantify HCRU among US GPP patients by flare status and underlying severity.

Immune checkpoints, key regulators of immune responses, play a crucial role in cancer evasion mechanisms. The discovery of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) targeting PD-1/PD-L1 has revolutionized cancer treatment, with monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) becoming widely prescribed.

Background: Patients with a high risk of bleeding undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI-HBR) were provided consensus-based criteria by the Academic Research Consortium for High Bleeding Risk (ARC-HBR). However, the prognostic predictors in this group of patients have yet to be fully explored. Thus, an effective prognostic prediction model for PCI-HBR patients is required.
