Paget's disease is a rare disorder of the nipple and/or the areola that is characterized by an erythematosquamous lesion and is often associated with in situ or invasive breast carcinoma. The authors present an atypical, exuberant case that had evolved over eight years, emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis.

Leishmaniasis is a parasitic disease caused by Leishmania species and is classified into three forms; cutaneous, mucocutaneous, and visceral. The eyelid is a rare site involved by leishmaniasis and only makes up 2.5% of cases with cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL).

We report 3 cases of squamous cell carcinoma arising respectively after 30, 6 and 19 years of spontaneous evolution of cutaneous discoid lupus erythematosus. In each case the histopathologic examination confirmed the diagnosis of cutaneous lupus discoid and squamous cell carcinoma. As phagedenic ulcer which is the main preneoplastic dermatosis, discoid lupus erythematosis must be considered.

Madagascar is the principal area of endemic chromomycosis in the world with 1 400 cases registered from 1955 to 1996. Malignant transformation is rare and only 12 cases have been reported. We describe herein two new cases of squamous carcinoma arising from chronic lesions of chromomycosis.
