Background: Lower urinary tract disease is a common clinical condition in dogs, usually presenting with dysuria, pollakiuria and haematuria. Diabetes mellitus is a predisposing factor for urinary tract infection in both humans and dogs and does not necessarily present with clinical signs. In this case report, we describe for the first time a case of cystitis glandularis in a dog with diabetes mellitus, associated with Escherichia coli urinary tract infection.

Purpose: To report the case of a woman in her fifties whose presenting symptom of idiopathic intracranial hypertension was engorgement of the eyelid veins.
Observations: Bilateral engorged palpebral veins were visible through the skin. Dilated fundus examination revealed bilateral optic disc edema.
A 65-year-old patient was admitted to the Institute with complaints of shortness of breath, palpitation, and limb edema. Comorbidities were type 2 diabetes mellitus, gout, obesity. Echo: left ventricular ejection fraction 22%, left ventricular aneurysm (LVA), floating thrombus 5.

An 80-year-old woman with a history of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma presented to the emergency department with exertional dyspnea and lower limb edema. A transthoracic echocardiogram revealed a large extracardiac mass invading the right atrium. A diagnostic transcatheter endomyocardial biopsy guided by intracardiac echocardiography was performed.

Here, we present a rare case of a Mooren's ulcer patient with bulbar conjunctival Sporotrichosis presenting as a salmon-pink tumor.
