Systemic artery-to-pulmonary artery fistula (SAPAF) is an uncommon abnormal vascular connection between systemic and pulmonary arteries. SAPAF with 3 or more inflow vessels has rarely been reported. The definitive diagnosis is made by selective arterial angiography, but 3-dimensional computed tomography angiography is useful for delineating abnormal vessels.

Objective: To establish morphological and radiomic models for early prediction of cognitive impairment associated with cerebrovascular disease (CI-CVD) in an elderly cohort based on cerebral magnetic resonance angiography (MRA).
Methods: One-hundred four patients with CI-CVD and 107 control subjects were retrospectively recruited from the 14-year elderly MRA cohort, and 63 subjects were enrolled for external validation. Automated quantitative analysis was applied to analyse the morphological features, including the stenosis score, length, relative length, twisted angle, and maximum deviation of cerebral arteries.

Background: Luminal and hemodynamic evaluations of the cervical arteries inform the diagnosis and management of patients with cervical arterial disease.
Purpose: To demonstrate a 3D nonenhanced quantitative quiescent interval slice-selective (qQISS) magnetic resonance angiographic (MRA) strategy that provides simultaneous hemodynamic and luminal evaluation of the cervical arteries.
Study Type: Prospective.

Intracardiac migration of inferior vena cava (IVC) filter or stent is a rare but potentially fatal complication of endovascular venous device placement. There is no consensus whether migrated stents should be surgically removed by open cardiac surgery or retrieved by the percutaneous endovascular route and whether an intervention should be performed immediately or expectantly. Herein, we report a 39-year-old female who received emergent left lobe living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) owing to posthepatectomy liver failure.

Objective: To explore the prognosis and influencing factors of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) due to late stent thrombosis (LST) and very late stent thrombosis (VLST).
Methods: Patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for STEMI caused by LST and VLST at Tianjin Chest Hospital from January 2016 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and long-term follow-up was conducted. The baseline clinical features, laboratory examination indicators, echocardiography results, coronary angiography and intervention treatment characteristics, and antiplatelet treatment status of patients were collected.
