Purpose: To evaluate the safety, accuracy, and effectiveness of embryoscopy for the management of early abortion and to test the hypothesis that targeted embryo and chorionic villi sampling avoids maternal cell contamination (MCC) for genetic testing of products of conception (POC).
Methods: This ambispective study included 74 consecutive patients presenting with early abortion. Gestations between 5 and 9 weeks, obtained either spontaneously or through assisted reproductive technologies were included.

Background: There is growing interest and evidence in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) evacuation with minimally invasive surgery (MIS). If early ICH evacuation becomes the standard of care, training neurointerventionalists to perform MIS would expand global access to treatment. We present a retrospective analysis of patients who underwent MIS-ICH evacuation performed by interventional neurologists in collaboration with neurosurgeons.

Background: Surgical interventions for spontaneous supratentorial intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) include conventional craniotomy (CC), decompressive craniectomy (DC), and minimally invasive surgery (MIS), with the latter encompassing endoscopic surgery (ES) and minimally invasive puncture surgery (MIPS). However, the superiority of surgery over conservative medical treatment (CMT) and the comparative benefits of different surgical procedures remain unclear. We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of various surgical interventions for treating ICH.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the serum hCG level in the differential diagnosis between non-molar miscarriage and complete hydatidiform mole in<11 weeks gestation.
Methods: This was a retrospective collaborative cohort study. This study included women with gestational age<11 weeks, with ultrasound evidence of failed pregnancy and available serum hCG pre-uterine evacuation, divided into two groups: the non-molar miscarriage group and the complete hydatidiform mole group.
