Despite extensive research on WMH in Alzheimer's disease (AD), their prevalence in behavioral variant Frontotemporal dementia (bvFTD) remains less explored. Additionally, Latin American countries (LA) exhibit a higher prevalence of cerebrovascular disease due to distinct demographic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethno-racial factors.
