Population aging has become a prevalent societal trend in the 21st century, giving rise to intricate challenges for healthcare systems. Taiwan is expected to become a "super-aging society" in 2025. In 2020, the Health Promotion Administration, referencing World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines on integrated care for older people (ICOPE), began promoting person-centered functional assessments for older adults to prevent and delay disability, reduce reliance on formal healthcare, and promote healthy aging, aging in place, and active aging.

Perioperative neurocognitive disorders (PND) is a common complication affecting the central nervous system, commonly induced by anesthesia and surgical procedures. PND has garnered considerable attention in recent years, not only due to its high morbidity but also its negative impact on patient prognosis, such as increased rates of dementia and mortality. Sevoflurane, a common volatile anesthetic in clinical practice, is increasingly linked to being a potential risk factor for PND with prolonged inhalation, yet effective prevention and treatment methods remain elusive.

Objectives: This present study investigates whether performance can influence job burnout, and it further examines whether there is a meaningful difference in the association between job burnout and job performance in universities. Provided here are applicable strategies aimed at preventing and maximizing job burnout crises before the job is taken and during its execution.
Methodology: To answer the research questions quantitatively, group regression analysis utilizing panel data from 2020 to 2023 was employed.

Background: In contexts where certifying causes of death (COD) is inadequate - either in industrialized or non-industrialized countries - verbal autopsy (VA) serves as a practical method for determining probable COD, helping to address gaps in vital data.
Objective: This study aimed to validate the diagnostic accuracy of medical certifications at a population level by comparing COD obtained from medical records against those derived from VA in Saudi Arabia.
Method: Death records from 2018 to 2021 were collected from a type 2 diabetes mellitus register at a major specialist hospital in Makkah.
