Aim: This study aims to analyze the outcomes of robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty (RALP) in children with pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction (PUJO) over a 10-year period at a tertiary care center in South India.
Methods: This study provides a detailed analysis of prospectively acquired data from 2013 to 2023 of all children who underwent RALP at our institution. Pre- and post-operative renal ultrasound and isotope renography were used to assess outcomes.

Objective: The aim of this study is to develop a noninvasive technique for measuring tissue tracer extraction efficiency ( E ) and illustrate it for Tc-99m-mercaptoacetyltriglycine (MAG3) and kidney.
Methods: E was measured in 10 patients with normal MAG3 renography. E is the ratio of tissue clearance-to-blood flow ( Ki/F ).

Background: This study aimed to explore technetium-99m-diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (Tc-DTPA) renal dynamic imaging to evaluate duplex kidney function in adult patients.
Subjects And Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 25 patients with duplex kidneys who underwent Tc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging between June 2011 and March 2023 at our hospital. Patients in the duplex kidney group (n = 25) were divided into renogram normal (n = 9) and abnormal (n = 16) groups according to the imaging data.

Glomerular filtration rates for individual kidneys can be measured semi-quantitatively by a gamma camera using [Tc]Tc-DTPA, with limited diagnostic accuracy. A more precise measurement can be performed on a PET/CT scanner using the radiotracer [Ga]Ga-EDTA, which has been validated in animal studies. The purpose of this study was to develop an easy kit-based synthesis of [Ga]Ga-EDTA that is compliant with good manufacturing practice (GMP) and applicable for human use.

Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of augmentation uretero-enterocystoplasty (AUEC), a modified surgical procedure that focuses the mobilization of the ureter and the necessity of ureteroplasty in a series of neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunction (NLUTD) patients with mechanical upper urinary tract obstruction (mUUTO).
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of NLUTD patients who underwent an AUEC from 2005 to 2022. mUUTO was diagnosed by preoperative bladder drainage, magnetic resonance urography (MRU), and isotope renography.
