Aim: Posterior tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) might stimulate the sacral nerves and lead to work pelvic floor muscles. We evaluated to effects of PTNS on continence results after extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (eLRP) with three trocars during early post operative period.
Methods: Prospectively recorded data of eLRP with three trocars was retrospectively reviewed for continence results between January 2017 and April 2024.

Aim: To discuss extended retrorectal abscess secondary to blunt abdominal trauma as a cause of abdominal wall (AW) infection and impairment.
Methods: According to the CARE checklist, we describe a rare case of blunt abdominal trauma with late diagnosis of jejunal perforation with an abscess that extensively dissected the retromuscular space.
Results: A 65 years-old female patient experienced multiple traumas after a traffic collision.

While most bladder injuries are linked to pelvic fractures, this association may be less common in children due to anatomical differences. Bladder injuries are classified as extraperitoneal, intraperitoneal, or combined, with intraperitoneal injuries being rarer but more prevalent in children due to their higher abdominal bladder position.

Currently, bilateral docking is a standard technique for robotic TAR. The aim of this study is to describe our technique for extended totally extraperitoneal (eTEP) repair with bilateral TAR through a bottom single-dock robotic approach for hernias at the level of the umbilicus or higher.

Recent guidelines have recommended minimally invasive surgery (MIS) for unilateral inguinal hernia due to reduced chronic pain. The most performed approaches consist of posterior mesh placement by the transabdominal preperitoneal (TAPP) and totally extraperitoneal (TEP) techniques. However, it remains debatable whether the advantage of those techniques stems from the MIS approach or posterior mesh placement or both.
