Mesiodens, which emerge towards the nasal cavity, often require consultation in maxillofacial practice. Typically accessed through wide palatal flaps with ostectomy, this method involves limited visibility and poses the risk of damaging the roots and apex of adjacent dental structures. This study advocates a minimally invasive technique that involves vestibulotomy between the central incisors, facilitating direct and rapid access through nasal floor dissection, minimizing comorbidities.

Introduction: Several investigations have shown that existing risk stratification processes remain insufficient for stratifying sudden cardiac death risk in arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC). Multiple auxiliary parameters are investigated to offer a more precise prognostic model. Our aim was to assess the association between several ECG markers (epsilon waves, prolonged terminal activation duration (TAD) of QRS, fragmented QRS (fQRS), late potentials on signal-averaged electrocardiogram (SA-ECG), T-wave inversion (TWI) in right precordial leads, and extension of TWI in inferior leads) with the risk of developing poor outcomes in ARVC.

Diagnosis relies on exclusionary criteria, as the primary clinical manifestations entail progressive pain unresponsive to analgesic therapy, accompanied by serological markers within normal ranges. Pain management constitutes the cornerstone of treatment, with surgery appearing to offer the most efficacious approach, despite the absence of a standardized therapeutic algorithm.
