Rationale: The Chemical Optimization of Cerebral Embolectomy (CHOICE) trial suggested that the administration of intra-arterial alteplase after successful endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) may improve neurological outcomes in patients with acute ischemic stroke due to large-vessel occlusion (AIS-LVO) in the anterior circulation. However, the use of adjunctive intra-arterial alteplase following successful EVT in acute posterior circulation stroke remains unexplored.
Aims: This study aims to investigate the efficacy and safety of intra-arterial alteplase after successful EVT for AIS-LVO in the posterior circulation.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) followed by hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) combined with TKI drugs and PD-1 inhibitors as the first-line treatment for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 70 patients with advanced HCC treated in the Department of Oncology of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine between July, 2020 and June, 2023. 23 of the patients received TACE combined with HAIC and TKI (TACE+HAIC+ TKI group) and 47 received TACE combined with HAIC, PD-1 inhibitors and TKI (TACE+HAIC+PD-1+TKI group).

This research was intended to compare the clinical efficacy of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) in conjunction with lenvatinib and PD1 inhibitors to first-line systemic chemotherapy for advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC). The research enrolled advanced ICC patients who underwent HAIC plus lenvatinib and PD1 inhibitor(n = 51) or first-line systemic chemotherapy(cisplatin + gemcitabine, n = 39) between July 2020 to January 2023 in Zhongshan People's Hospital.Their clinical outcomes were assessed through measurement of parameters encompassing objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), median overall survival (mOS), median progression-free survival (mPFS), median duration of response (mDOR), and treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs).

Rationale: Adjunct intra-arterial alteplase has been shown to potentially improve clinical outcomes in patients with large vessel occlusion (LVO) stroke who have undergone successful endovascular thrombectomy. Tenecteplase, known for its enhanced fibrin specificity and extended activity duration, could potentially enhance outcomes in stroke patients after successful reperfusion when used as an adjunct intra-arterial therapy.
Aim: To explore the safety and efficacy of intra-arterial tenecteplase after successful endovascular thrombectomy in patients with LVO stroke.

Objective: This study aimed at ascertaining the efficacy and safety of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) combined with donafenib versus HAIC alone in the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
Methods: Seventy HCC patients were enrolled for our study, and they were randomized by simple randomization using computer-generated random numbers into two groups: control group and observation group. Regular follow-up reviews were conducted to assess the efficacy of treatments.
